Products can be exchange within the period of exchange policy, if the new size is available. You can place an exchange request from Voonik App. You can go to My Orders, Select the order no and product which you want to exchange, select the new size.
Also you can call us at 080-44443333 or write a mail to care@voonik.com with the Order No., Product Code, Size of exchanged item. Product will be collected within 4-5 working days of exchange request and the new product will be dispatched after quality check.
